Cineplex’s first all-VIP cinema opened at Shops at Don Mills, the upscale shopping centre on Don Mills Rd. near Lawrence Ave.
Shikatani Lacroix joined Cineplex Entertainment at the opening ceremony yesterday, August 13, celebrating the creativity and innovation that drives Cineplex Entertainment towards unique customer experiences.

VIP Design:
Don Mills VIP theatre is Canada’s first standalone movie palace intended entirely for adults. The complex offers moviegoers five screens in 21,000 square foot space. From the main lobby, through the glass doors, the colour-changing, illuminated archway leads patrons into the VIP lounge/bar, where unique features such as the backlit bar and fireplaces in the multi-level lounge create an intimate space that positions VIP as a premium destination.
VIP Service:
The food offering includes appetizers such as a selection of salads, calamari, bruschetta and an artisanal cheese plate, and entrees include a selection of flatbreads and wraps, a chicken parmesan sandwich, fish and chips and much more.
With pre-selected luxury seating, and an in-seat food service, Cineplex VIP provides a truly unique and sophisticated movie-going experience, and we hope the moviegoers will appreciate the design, and enjoy the new location.
