Shikatani Lacroix’s design of China Zheshang Bank was awarded an ICX Association Elevate Award for Best ICX Deployment for Financial Services at tonight’s awards reception.
“We’re overjoyed to bring home another Elevate Award, as it speaks to the innovative work we’ve done with CZ Bank and our partner in China, MetaThink,” said Marcos Terenzio, Director of Digital Experiences at Shikatani Lacroix. “Instead of taking a ‘technology for technology’s sake’ perspective, our design sought to improve the customer experience by using immersive technologies to meet consumer needs.”
Presented this evening at the ICX Association’s ICX Summit in Dallas, this awards program honors the best deployments across 12 vertical market segments, and recognizes design that demonstrates an innovative use of technology that entices customers to gain unique and immersive in-store experiences.
Shikatani Lacroix designed a vibrant new bank branch with integrated digital experiences to engage visitors and help them navigate the space. Customers can choose to learn more about the bank at a digital education zone with curved screens and gesture-controlled interactivity or they can engage directly with a virtual banking concierge. These innovative features contribute to a unique and unforgettable branch experience for all CZ customers.
