Shikatani Lacroix Design (SLD) is excited to announce the release of their newest book, Think: The Future of Retail Banking. Written by Jean-Pierre Lacroix, founder and president of Shikatani Lacroix Design and SLDNXT, the new book is now available for free download.
Think: The Future of Retail Banking is based on extensive research conducted by SLD. Through the use of traditional research methods as well as neuroscience and virtual reality, the insights and strategies shared are meant to help banks future-proof their branch network and better connect with customers. Along with presenting a hypothesis on what the bank of the future will look like, the book explores emerging customer needs that banks can leverage and disruptors that they should be aware of.
“The research, design concepts, and writing of this book have been years in the making, and it is exciting to finally share it with the public,” says Jean-Pierre. “Through this process we have been forced to ask ourselves what the future could look like, and hopefully the book will inspire readers to do the same.”
Think: The Future of Retail Banking is Jean-Pierre’s fourth book. He previously co-authored The Business of Graphic Design, which is in its third printing, and wrote Belonging Experiences, which was published in 2010. Most recently, he published Desire by Design: What Data-Driven Marketers Should Know About Driving Desire for their Brands.
