Chopped Leaf, the home of delicious greens and salads, celebrates its 15th anniversary with a fresh new look. With more than 115 locations across Canada and the U.S., the healthy food franchise wanted its rebrand to feel evolved, while maintaining the essence that makes Chopped Leaf so beloved by its customers. Our goal was to ensure that the brand’s attributes of fresh chopped greens, irresistible signature dressings, menu variety, and its “Feel Good After You Eat” tagline were vibrantly showcased.

Inspired by themes of taste and feel, the redesign serves an updated version of its logo along with a modernized interior to pair with Chopped Leaf’s high-quality ingredients. Our design highlights the brand’s mission — to change the perception of greens from just being health food to being craveable and comforting.

As Chopped Leaf continues to expand, it’s important that its logo reflects the new brand strategy. A modern take on the logo maintains its original color palette while introducing a hearty salad bowl icon. The revitalized interior features an approachable and welcoming local “hello” signage, prominent greens, and warm hues. The new design also lowers the counters to put the food preparation on display and allow customers and team members to better engage. The refreshed brand was recently unveiled at Chopped Leaf’s original restaurant in Kelowna, BC and, will roll out across the chain.
