Headed to DSE? Our very own Marcos Terenzio will be presenting a conference session on Thursday, March 28, and also taking part in the full-day Content Workshop on Friday, March 29.
At the Thursday session, Marcos will speak on “Delivering Content that Connects Emotionally.” During the half hour presentation, attendees will learn how to effectively implement digital content experiences that follow the customers digital path-to-purchase journey. Marcos will also explore the four main engagement levels:
- Attract: How to capture customer’s attention, make them look and draw them in
- Engage: How to deliver effective 2-way engagement through interactive experience allowing customers to connect at a deeper level
- Transact: What is the role of mobile and interactive experience to allow customers to more easily buy and remove friction points
- Retain: How can the experience live on after the visit to build a relationship and continued dialogue with customers to build loyalty and return visit
