SLD has been selected as one of the 14th Web Excellence Award competition winners for our work for the CareMakers Foundation.
The project focused on crafting a digital presence that reflects the foundation’s mission to support unpaid caregivers across Canada. Our work included a comprehensive website strategy and design, ensuring the site delivers an intuitive user experience that seamlessly guides visitors through the foundation’s story, resources, and initiatives while increasing overall traffic to the website.
To complement the design, we also developed a tailored content strategy with videos, blogs, and more, aimed at fostering meaningful connections with CareMakers’ diverse audience. Impactful messaging and engaging content highlight the foundation’s purpose to engage stakeholders and caregivers alike. The result is a website that balances accessibility, empathy, and functionality, empowering visitors with the tools and information they need while strengthening CareMakers Foundation’s online identity.
The Web Excellence Award also known as the AE-Awards, is a global platform dedicated to recognizing and promoting excellence in web development and digital innovation. Its mission is to elevate industry standards by celebrating exceptional creative, technical, and professional projects. This year’s competition was particularly fierce with over 800 submissions from 21 countries across four continents.
